AxionCred (“we”, “us”) provides a platform for verified professional video references. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email) when you sign up; profile information you add (title, headline, skills); video references and their transcripts; referee details (name, title, company, email, LinkedIn) provided when someone records a reference; and basic usage data such as profile views.

How we use it

To operate your CRED profile and the reference-collection flow, verify referees, compute CRED scores, process payments, provide the hiring pipeline to companies you approve, and communicate with you.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service: Mux (video hosting/streaming), OpenAI (transcription), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email), and cloud hosting for our app and database. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function. Transcription is the only place we use AI — see How We Use AI for what AI does and does not do on our platform.

Your control & consent

Reference videos are private by default — only employers you explicitly approve can view them, and you can revoke that access at any time. Referees can withdraw a reference they gave. You can edit or delete your profile data.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS, and data is stored with our hosting providers under their security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
